Purpose:

The Hardwallet platform is centered around a Secure Element on a biometric card with fingerprint sensor for user verification and activation of the on card stored services and applications.

The platform contains an operating system with encryption algorithms to be used by the Hard wallet that can be anything from a Crypto Wallet, Identity wallet, service wallet (like medical record, drivers license, Social Security card etc.)

The platform can be delivered in some variants depending on the need for specific encryption algorithms for the specific wallet, but common characteristics is the Secure Element in the card that forms the platform for the Hard wallet.

Depending on card version severalinterfaces can be available with interfaces ranging from:

- Contact, ISO 7816

- Contactless NFC communication

- Contactless Bluetooth BLE

- USB connection
